When Bond Consulting Services started working with this client in the food and beverage industry back in 2010, they had only one computer in their entire main office. All of their accounting and financial processes were done through spreadsheets. The company had been successful in growing, but so too were the paper records that began to stack up over time! Eventually a new management team took over, and demanded a new “real-time data” approach.
They began setting up an IT infrastructure from scratch, and Bond Consulting Services stepped in to implement our powerful Microsoft Dynamics® GP for Accounts Receivable, Payable, General Ledger and Inventory. We also supported their implementation for Manufacturing Operations including Bills of Materials, Shop Floor Routers, Material Requirements Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
The company’s management team had real-time access to core financial and inventory data which was crucial to the new ownership and investment team. Today, management has real-time access to critical information for decision making. They have begun the process of extending their manufacturing to another product line as the company grows and expands, thanks to the functionality and support from Bond Consulting Services' Dynamics solutions.
